A Brief History Of Our Company:Back in 1983 a small shop first opened
its doors next to the bus terminal in downtown Brampton. We
offered customers the chance to buy, sell and trade in new
and used records and collectibles. Soon we were also dealing in cassettes, and specializing in out-of-print and hard-to-find
recordings and collectibles, and outgrew our initial 325
square foot location after a year or so. Moving across the
street, we doubled in size and saw the introduction of the
compact disc as the premier recording medium in 1985. In
1990 the store moved to an even bigger location, again
doubling in size and we now almost completely deal with the
CD format of recorded music exclusively. We are still
specializing in imports, deletes, cut-outs, hard-to-finds
and discontinued titles for the most part, because this is
what our customers have come to know us for.
1999 was a sad year for us as we decided to close our storefront operation and concentrate solely on our mail order business.
In the spring of 2000, we decided to open a booth at the Factory Clearance Flea Market in St.Catherines, and you can find us there each Sunday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Drop by and browse through our awesome selection!
Our Selection:
We are currently carrying about 10,000
out-of-print and discontinued titles, about 90% of which
are on CD and about half of which are again used titles. As
we grow on the Internet, we will be listing more and more
of our inventory. Unfortunately, it is impossible to list
our used CD inventory online as it changes much too quickly
and most titles we would only have one copy of. At the
moment, we are putting all our efforts into getting all our
brand new titles online, which is a chore in itself.
We have noticed that most "online" record stores don`t
bother to list their inventory, but rather have gone to a
"search" or "browser" program. We find it more beneficial
to actually list the titles we carry, as we are finding that a lot of our regular clients like to "browse". Because of this
we are constantly updating our online catalog, as well as
searching out new sources, digging through record
warehouses and weeding through delete lists looking for
newly discontinued titles that we can offer the CD
collector at attractive prices. New titles arrive daily and
we`ll try to update our catalog as often as possible. Many
of the titles we have in stock are "shorts" meaning that we
only have one or two copies, so feel free to e-mail us your
want lists so that we may tell you what we can and cannot
get for you. We stock almost every new domestic release as
well, so if you cannot get a certain title locally, you can
order it from us. Most of our domestic releases are priced
between 14.99 and 16.99 Canadian.

in factory sealed and unplayed condition. They are listed
at or well under fair market value. We guarantee that all
CDs will be free from defects or they will be replaced.
