We're the luckiest record dealers in the world. No messing about with dirty, dusty, banged-up records. No cheating on describing each record's condition. No sleepless nights worrying if the customer noticed that small scratch on the lp. No problems at all. That's because all our lps are still in their original factory plastic seals. They were bought en-mass from an authorized record importer here in our home town and had been sitting around in expensive, air conditioned retail space for the past two decades; looked after, loved by the many customer; but never bought. The fools; they thought that CD were better, but they're not.
So if you're looking to replace the records that your Mum threw away all those many moons ago; or you're fed up with skipping, jumping, jamming bloody CDs......... buy a good old-fashioned vinyl album. You get three hundred grams of the best high fidelity sound around and a full twenty four square inches worth of great art work. Even if your don't own a record player, much of our collection is worth hanging on your walls. And remember, it's all still sealed.
Alas, I cannot say the same for our 7" singles collection. They have sat crushed into boxes for a fair amount of time, and thus nearly all of them suffer from crushed covers to a varying degrees. Many have also have had sleeve cut on one corner. We presume that they were to be given away to radio dejays, discos and such like, and thus were not for sale.
We have opened a great number to check the condition of the vinyl and they are all good. Dust free, static fee, grease fee, mould free and stickly finger free; the vinyl of all these 7" is perfect. Our listing states the condition of each and every single, but please feel free to ask further information if you are considering buying a single.
Please note that if we cannot find the relevent information on the sleeve as to when and where the vinyl was made, the information has been listed as N/A ....as in NOT AVAILABLE. Unfortunately, the Gemm website loses the slash and some visitors think that we have vinyl manfactured in Namibia, Africa. Namibia NEVER made a single piece of vinyl in its' entire history. Trust me on that one!
Please contact Paul or Derek directly at lpfrenzy80s@yahoo.com should you want our full catalogue and can't be buggered to troll through forteen million others' rubbish lp collection.
